
SHIPPING--We ship anywhere in the USA with a valid 5 digit zip code (including Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico), and Canada. For an additional charge, we ship to APO/FPOs using USPS; please contact us if you'll require this service. All products are shipped via FedEx Ground (US territories) and Purolator Courier Ltd. Ground and Air Services (Canada), and all orders are processed in most cases within 24-48 hours after payment is received, excluding Saturday & Sunday.
For our Canadian customers, orders placed by 3:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST) should be delivered within two business days for most locations in Canada. Canadian customers should contact us directly as only select items can be shipped to Canada. Restrictions do apply as not all services are available in all locations.
An e-mail will be sent with a tracking number for all orders once item is shipped. Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
RETURNS--Every third party product you buy from ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com is backed first by the product manufacturer warranty. ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com 30-day limited warranty against defects may also apply. ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.
ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please e-mail our returns department. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging, to include all packing materials and other accessories, and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by ChevyAvalanchePerformance.com or when the product manufacturer or distributor return policies supersede ours. We will refund your money EXCLUDING all shipping charges once we receive the item back in its original package. All refunds are processed securely through PayPal.
